I am buying a men’s jewelry box as a gift, and I would really like to personalize the glass top. I know that etching paints exist, but I am wondering if it will be possible for me to use them, as I don’t know if I will be able to remove the glass from the box (and therefore won’t be able to use running water to clean the paint off). I don’t imagine wiping would be a good idea. Is this something I can do on my own? Should I just take it to professionals somewhere?

I make jewelry incorporating glass beads, Czech beads, Swarovski crystal beads and freshwater pearls. I’d like to start a business calling it “crystal” something. Do you have any suggestions that would make it sound cute or whatever. Thank you ever so much.?

So I am thinking of getting a watch for my wife for Valetines Day. I always get her hand bags so I am trying to mix it up a little. I know a little about hand bags but NOTHING about women’s watches. I stumbled across this watch last week:

I’m looking for a wrapping paper that is textured and shimmers in the light. Many years back, I bought a roll that was a green/turquoise shimmer but until now, I still can’t find a place to buy it. I know it’s a common gift wrap for jewelry and wedding gifts.

A few months ago I had found a necklace I wanted to wear for my wedding but the item had sold out. I ended up buying a somewhat similar item but not quite the same. The one I had originally wanted just came back in stock and I am not sure if I should get it. I really do like the necklace but am worried about it looking heavy with my strapless straight top fitted gown. Should I get it or just stick with what I have? It is not to expensive but I can always find a use for another $55.
