I want to make personalized jewelry using pearls and crystals and I know you could get them for cheap in bead stores. Any idea which stores in L.A. sell them?

Here is a detail of the earring. The earring is one pearl, around one centimeter in diameter surrounded with a thin piece of gold material. The gold material ends in a tear drop formation. I’m looking for a pair of elegant, simple, affordable white dangling pearl earrings for my wedding. I prefer the earrings to be no more than $40. I’m especially interested in tear shaped pearls. I’m looking for a wrapping paper that is textured and shimmers in the light. Many years back, I bought a roll that was a green/turquoise shimmer but until now, I still can’t find a place to buy it. I know it’s a common gift wrap for jewelry and wedding gifts.
